How to fix leaking at poly pipe joint?

I have just set up a home garden drip irrigation system. There is a leakage I cannot fix. The main 19mm poly pipe runs downslope to a big planter box about 0.8 metre tall. For water to reach into the box, there is a tee fitting at ground level leading a poly pipe segment vertically up against the exterior wall, then an elbow fitting with a horizontal pipe segment and another elbow taking the pipe vertically down. Water seeps out at the first elbow, as marked in the photos attached. Please advise. Thank you.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

Typically, you would have a pipe clamp such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/pope-19mm-locking-clamps-25-pack_p3130453 on all connections between poly pipe and fittings. I'd start by grabbing a couple of these and clamping the connections to see if that stops the leak. You want them to sit just inside the barbs on the 90-degree elbow fitting.

I also note that the cut on your poly pipe is not perfectly straight -

If the clamps alone do not fix the issue, I would disconnect the pipe and straighten up this cut using a https://www.bunnings.com.au/irwin-poly-tube-cutter_p0096162? . Generally speaking, with plumbing of any kind, the cleaner the cut, the better the seal, so it is worth tidying up that cut to see if it helps.
