I wouldn't recommend using a general marine or yacht paint. While these products are designed to withstand harsh marine environments, that doesn't necessarily mean they are suitable for continuous immersion in chlorinated or salt pool water. A purpose-made swimming pool coating would be required.
The products required for repairing and recoating the inside of a concrete swimming pool are quite specialised, so you would generally need to speak with a dedicated pool repair or pool coating supplier for suitable products and advice on the repair process.
