Backyard makeover with pool

The project:

We bought out little place in Rosebud to renovate. We decided it was time for the backyard to be renovated the backyard and add a pool.

- Materials:

All our items were sourced from Bunnings. Treated pine sleepers, plants, hardiplank, lights, treated pine for structures, paint and all fixings.

- Tools:

Again AEG tools all purchased from Bunnings including hammers, levels, brushes, warner spray guns and more.

- Step 1:

retaining wall first as specified by the engineers using 3m x 200x75 sleepers and galvanisedH posts with ready mix.

- Step 2:

once pool and concrete bondbeam was is we used 140x90 pine to build frame for the cladding.

- Step 3:

fixed off the hardiplank then painted using our Wagner spray gun. Taubmans all weatherpaint.

- Step 4:

Glass panels also purchased from Bunnings for the safety barrier.

What an outstanding transformation! The cladding of the fence along with the new pool floor and glass fencing really elevate the posh factor of your pool area. It has that personalized pool resort atmosphere that you often find in some air bnb's. The small garden provides a nice contrast to the overall look of the area. The evening illumination is soft and easy on the eyes. A truly perfect area to relax in after a long hard day.
