How to install plinth under Colorbond fence gap?

Hi All,

I am kindly seeking some guidance on how to cover a gap under our fence. The issue has been worsened by the fact that the neighbour’s dog has been digging under the fence gap and entering our yard. See attached photo for reference.

The fence on the eastern side however is covered underneath (photo also attached). I ideally, I would like to do something similar to this.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your question about installing a plinth under your fence gap. I propose using a

. It will be necessary to dig into the soil to create a channel for the sleeper to sit into. This will allow it to slide underneath the Colorbond fence and cover the gap. The sleeper can be fixed in place using a

and galvanized screws. The ends of the sleeper will need to be cut to accommodate the cement footing of the Colorbond post.
