I have been asked by my certifier to fix the damage to the stormwater outlet as it was done by my builder and I have the responsibility. How best can I get it done; getting conflicting results from searches.
Thanks a bunch!
Hello @lazyjackfruit
Welcome to the Bunnings workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about the damage to the storm water outlet.
Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance. Any changes that involve moving or reconfiguring pipework would be considered regulated plumbing work and would need to be carried out by a licensed plumber.
If the stormwater outlet is still securely attached to the PVC outlet and there is no damage to the pipe assembly, then all you would need to repair would be the broken cement on the surface. I suggest looking at using the https://www.bunnings.com.au/dingo-fast-set-mortar-3kg_p0760518 to replace and fill the damaged section. Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask.
However, if the outlet or the PVC pipe is damaged you will need to engage the services of a licensed plumber as the repair is considered regulated plumbing work.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks. The connection is fine, had a licensed plumber take a look at that sometimes ago. Just need to fix up the concrete.
