I am using 500x330x110 as a boarder for the deck burying 130mm into the sand soil. What is the best concrete to use to secure them?
Hi @tc0064,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
Could you clarify what product you are referring to when you say you are using 500 x 330 x 110mm as the border and burying them 130mm into the sandy soil? Are those the dimensions of the pavers or blocks you're using, and which dimension will be running vertically? I just want to make sure I understand how you're planning to install them before making a recommendation.
Typically, the perimeter pavers of a paved area would be secured by haunching them with standard concrete. The concrete is placed along the outside edge of the pavers and brought partway up their sides, creating a solid restraint that prevents the perimeter from spreading or moving over time.
If you can clarify those measurements and, if possible, upload a photo or sketch of what you're planning, I can certainly offer some more specific advice.
