We made a lamb rack over Australia Day and it was amazing.

I haven't fired up the smoker recently but tend to cook on the barbecue most nights at this time of year. In the past week or so I've cooked some great roadkill chicken, beef fillet and last night some great jalapeno poppers freshly picked from the garden. A couple of them were very hot! I might have to grab some buffalo wings to throw on the barbie later today to mark the Superbowl.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone else has been cooking lately!
