Love your adjustable workhorse, so simple but very useful, difinately going to build two for myself, and two for a Christmas present for a father in law.

Although I don't have the exact measurement for this project, I've taken some time to create a couple of renderings for you that I hope better illustrate how this unit could be constructed. 90 x 45mm Pine timber can be used for the construction and sizing of the pieces can be adjusted to suit your needs.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell
