Using this ‘self isolation’ time to get a few jobs done around the house. One I’ve been trying to tackle for ages is our front entrance. Our furniture is Industrial/Rustic themed. So wanted to include this at the entrance to help create the feel throughout the whole house. The top is Hardwood Panel 1200 x 300 x 18mm. Stained 1 coat Classic Grey, 1 coat Walnut and finished with a clear varnish. Legs are Pine 30 x 30 @ 900 lengths. Sanded, primed and finished with gloss black spray paint. I stained a piece of pine moulding and attached to the edges to give the idea of thicker wood piece for the top. Was very easy to put together, only needed a couple cuts. The tedious part was staining but the hardwood panel was pretty much ready to go, only requiring minimal prepping. Overall fits area perfectly and exactly what we wanted.
