7mx3.6m freestanding deck

I'm looking at building a freestanding deck 7m X 3.6 m. Approximately 60cm off ground level.

In regards to the framing I was planning on using LVL bearers 150 X 53 (3 in total).

And for the joist  pI treatedwas inegoing with, 90 X 45. Hung at a span of 180cm between the bearers.(44cm apart).

Would this be structurally sound?
