Hi @Maymay,

Filling on exterior masonry surfaces can be a little bit more difficult than internal walls but it is a similar process. I would scrape away any loose material and then fill the crack with Polyfilla 500g Exterior Masonry Poly. You then need to colour match the paint and coat the area.

I'll include a video tutorial that will assist you.
