Hi I would like to change one fan in my living room and one in bedroom.
Which one of the switch I should turn off before I start working on changing the ceiling fan.

I would like to stress that Bunnings Workshop members should always use a licensed electrician for any electrical work. Don’t ever undertake electrical work yourself (or use a tradesperson who is not licensed). Performing electrical work youself puts you and your family in serious harm.

Generally ceiling fans are run off a lighting circuit, as in the 10A breaker, (4 from the left).
I hate to think what's in behind that panel, it looks like it was made up on the fly.............
