Like the idea, I remember seeing an outdoor shower made of glass bottles, very inspiring!

*squints* Is there covering above the door or just string? If not, the heat & humidity will escape straight away?

Let me mention @greygardener to see if they can answer your question. From the image it appears that there are no bottles above the doorway.
