Was wanting to know if this type of platform trolley is already preassembled or do I have to attach the wheels etc.
Also, what straps or fittings would be needed to keep a large heavy box in place.

That trolley is pre-built, and there is no assembly required. The wheels are already attached for you.
The Grunt 25mm x 2m Pull Tie Down Strap will hold the box in place for you. If the box is very unstable, you might like to use Syneco 25mm x 4.5m S Hook Tie Down Ratchet Set - 2 Pack as they will allow you to secure it much tighter.
