Hi everyone
I suspect my day Lily has been attacked by spider mites. If that's the case, could you please assist me with the cure?
Thanks heaps,
Shima
Hi @Shima,
Thanks for your question and sorry to hear that your Daylily is having some trouble. Could you post a closer picture so our experts can see any damage to the leaves and diagnose the problem?
Let me mention our horticulturists @Adam_W and @Noelle to see if they can offer advice.
Stevie
Thanks Stevie, hope these shots are better.
That's great, @Shima. Thanks for taking those extra pictures.
Let me also mention @MitchellMc who may be able to offer some advice. He'll be back on the site on Friday to help with any questions.
The first step of removing spider mites is to hose down the plant's foliage. You can then wipe down the individual leaves with a wet cloth to remove most of the infestation. After this process, you can use Eco-Organic Garden 100ml Eco-Neem Concentrate sprayed over the plant. Make sure you get the tops of the leaves and below them as well.
Please let us know if you need further assistance or have questions.
