For some reason, kids always seem to run out of toilet paper and being a full time working parent, I didn't have much time to make a holder, but I did solve the problem.
We have used this for the last five years, and it has never broken down:-), It takes about 30 seconds or less to assemble with no tools required and zero expenditure.
Add paper and the rest is history
