Could you please show us a better picture of the hole, which would greatly assist our members in offering solutions?
You might like to try someĀ T-Rex 48mm x 1.5m Strong Waterproofing Tape. It's designed to stop leaks from the exterior side.
Once we get a better idea of the damage you are trying to repair, I'd then be ableĀ to tag in some helpful community members to assist.
