Does Bunnings supply the Heatstrip Elegance 2400r model.That is, the elegance model with remote
control and without wifi.?

The elegance outdoor electric heater with remote control is not currently ranged in our stores. However, we'd be more than happy to order you in a unit through your local store's Special Orders desk. Feel free to contact them over the phone if you can't head into a store.
