Installation of dual flush valve in caroma cistern

I have this type of flush dual valve and what other dual flush valve can I use in caroma toilets? I can’t find this type in the store.Any other solutions would be great . Thanks

Hello @rosycal

I see that the person who built your cistern setup did not take into account the distance between the button and the flush buttons. I propose looking at the Fluidmaster 48mm Dual Flush Round Cistern Button. The pushing rods can be trimmed down to the correct length in order to reach the flush buttons of the cistern.
