Can the jumbuck outdoor heater that bunnings have advertised for $98, can this heater be used indoors
Hello @sbal5
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your outdoor heater.
In the interest of health and safety, I don't recommend using the outdoor heater inside your home as a room heater. The Jumbuck 2000W Freestanding Infrared Heater is designed and certified as an outdoor patio heater rather than an indoor room heater. Although it uses infrared heating technology, which can be safe indoors in some products, this particular model was built for undercover outdoor areas and tested to outdoor safety standards. It produces very intense directional radiant heat, and the front grille and nearby surfaces can become extremely hot during operation. Because of this, it requires larger safety clearances than most indoor rooms can comfortably provide.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
