Hi,
Needing to fix exterior wall panel, fibre concrete. Fell away from house. Not craked and I'm not a carpenter but I believe the last person who fixed it did a bad job.
Do i need to replace the whole thing or can i used something else to plaster it back with ,liquid nails . As I still have the wall panel in one piece. Just a small bit came off as you can see in the pictures.
Hello @mamaa
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your cement cladding.
Please do not use any type of adhesive or liquid nails to attach the cement sheet to your timber framed wall. Fibre cement boards and timber frames expand and contract at different rates as temperatures and humidity change. Construction adhesives can limit this natural movement, leading to bowed or stressed boards which can cause the sheet to crack or fail.
If the fibre cement sheet is still in good condition and there is enough of it to properly cover the hole in the wall, I recommend using the https://www.bunnings.com.au/paslode-30-x-2-8mm-500g-galvanised-fibre-cement-nails-300-pack_p2360494 and a hammer to anchor the sheet back on. These galvanised flat head nails with plain shank, are suited to external, cement sheeting to timber framework connections. I recommend placing the nails 200mm to 250mm apart conservatively.
To seal the joints, I propose using https://www.bunnings.com.au/sika-300ml-concrete-grey-sikaflex-11fc-purform_p0628962 . Please make sure to remove the old screws that were holding the sheet in place.
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi @mamaa ,
One additional consideration is the age of your home and the sheeting itself. If the fibre cement sheeting was installed before 2004, there is a possibility it could contain asbestos.
Before removing, cutting, drilling, sanding or otherwise disturbing the sheet, it's important to determine whether asbestos may be present. If you're unsure, consider having the material professionally tested or seek advice from a licensed asbestos assessor.
If asbestos-containing material is present, special handling and disposal requirements apply, and the sheet should not be disturbed without the appropriate precautions.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
