Hello, I would like to replace a Flexispray shower head and the hose on a sliding rail system. Would appreciate some help looking for the right product(s). I do not want to purchase the entire rail system. Just a replacement shower head (3 functions) that fit the existing shower head holder and the hose (1.5m). See photos with dimensions below. Thanks.

Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance.
The good news is that the wall-mounted holder on your rail system grips the fitting on the end of the hose rather than the handset itself. That's great because it means we're not governed by the shape or size of the handle on the shower handset.
The hose connection is also a fairly standard size, so you'll find that just about all of our replacement handsets will connect directly to your existing hose, and most replacement hoses will connect to your existing rail system without issue.
If you're after a 3-function handset, some suitable options include the https://www.bunnings.com.au/estilo-chrome-3-function-water-powered-temperature-display-hand-piece_p0683992 and the Methven 120mm 3 Function Krome Handset.
However, you're not limited to 3-function models. Other handsets, such as the https://www.bunnings.com.au/estilo-chrome-abs-10-function-hand-shower_p0683968 , should also fit your existing setup if you'd like a wider range of spray patterns.
Regarding the hose, it's important that we still utilise it as it has the correct fitting on the end to suit your holder.

Thanks @MitchellMc for your reply and suggestions. I probably wasn't clear previously, but I need to replace both the shower head (cracked body) and hose (sprung a leak - see my first photo, damage at the bottom of the hose loop). For consistency I was thinking if I can get both the head and hose from the same brand (and ideally comes together in one package). I found the following (from Flexispray) - I'll just won't use the wall mounting. Let me know if it will be suitable. Thanks once again.

As the size of the fitting is not a listed specification, you might need to try it in your holder to see if it fits, @wearebutmist. If you open the package neatly, you can always return it. Although it's a very similar size, without trying it, I'm not entirely sure if the hose will fit in your existing holder. The other option is that you contact our Spare Parts team to see if they can order you the original replacement hose and handset. We do have the https://www.bunnings.com.au/flexispray-1-5m-chrome-double-wound-metal-shower-hose_p5040022 , which looks similar to your hose and would suit the https://www.bunnings.com.au/estilo-chrome-3-function-water-powered-temperature-display-hand-piece_p0683992 .
Hi again @MitchellMc. I tried the below and the head/hose fits the current holder! Just didn't use the wall mount/holder. It's more cost effective than purchasing the hose and head separately.
