The project:

Full Bathroom Renovation by beginners. Completed as we have been slowly renovating our home for our 3 x children all under 5. Our daughter desperately wanted a bath, so we redesigned the bathroom to incorporate requirements for our 3 x young children. Both parents working full time and trying to complete this was a challenge for weekends but we are proud of our achievements. Room is 1.8m x 3.5m- so design was crucial. Working on a tight budget.

Predominately using our beginners renovation tools which are all Ryobi branded. with the exception of a couple of heavier duty tools as the bathroom was tricky being double brick to adhere battens to walls.

It's hard to believe this was completed by first-time renovators while raising three young children and both working full-time. You've created a beautiful, functional space that makes excellent use of the room's compact footprint, and I can imagine your daughter is thrilled to finally have a bath!

The combination of the freestanding bath, timber-look vanity, and black fixtures gives the bathroom a modern, timeless feel, and it's even more impressive knowing you achieved it on a tight budget.

Do you happen to have any photos from during the construction? Our members love seeing the renovation process just as much as the finished result, so it would be fantastic to see some shots of the demolition, plumbing, framing, and tiling as the space came together.

Thankyou for your lovely words!

Yes it was very tricky managing (at the time) 2 young children and being pregnancy whilst renovating and working full time.. But slow progress is better than no progress as i say!

Please see some progress shots along the way- I did try and take as many as i could remember but i did forget a few snaps!

My daughter is definately happy with her new big bath and hard to keep her out of it!
