Is the house foundation sinking and how to fix?
The windows/doors seem to have shifted, making it difficult to open/lock. I also saw crashes on cornice. I wonder if this is a foundation sinking. Any suggestions on what to do, or any recommendable building inspector, are appreciated! Location: Southeast Melbourne. Cheers Johnson

What's wrong with my daphne? Black "egg?" on the back of leaves.
I saw broken leaves and (possibly) black eggs on the back of leaves. There are also quite some ants on the plant. After searching online, I still could not figure out what's happening to it. Any idea/suggestion to save the daphne plant would be greatly appreciated!
