How to seal sliding door sill?
Outside patio door sill (Threshold) has tiles and mortar is cracked. Water seeps down into storage room downstairs. How do I get this sill water sealed, so no water seep into storage room downstairs? Picture below shows sill tiled and RED line mark up for mortar cracked/degraded. Appreciate any tips, advice.
