I want to renovate my bathroom and laundry but I don't know where to get started. The floorplan is just not ideal. Walls can be taken out but the linen next to the stairs can not be taken out. The two doors in the laundry- One goes to the kitchen and the other is the back door. Can you please help me design a luxe bathroom and laundry that is functionable.
Hi @paigan23,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

You can also look through our Top 10 most popular bathroom projects for some ideas and inspiration.
I'll ask some questions that I would ask myself in this situation to get things started. We need to make sure things are feasible before we make them nice.
Would it be possible to get some photos of the current space so we can better understand what is going on?
Before we start making plans to change floor layouts, are you confident that the walls can be removed? I note that there is mention of an attic, which implies there could be storage or flooring in the ceiling. Are you certain they aren't load-bearing in any way?
Is this bathroom and laundry on the first floor of your house? If so, is your house on a concrete slab or is it built on a framed subfloor? I ask because if it is a concrete floor, changing the location of plumbing would be very costly and should be avoided if possible.
Do you want your toilet to be separate from the bathroom? Or is this unimportant to you?
When you have thought about these questions, we can look at some options for altering the space based on your circumstances and preferences
