I am wanting to renovate my laundry as I have no real storage. I do have a top loader washing machine.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your laundry renovation.
If you are planning a more involved renovation, I propose changing your laundry tub into a standard cabinet which will allow you to install a timber benchtop that can go across the width of your laundry. The top loader of course can't be covered unless you exchange your machine for a front loader. I then recommend moving the dryer to the very left near your glass doors so you can maximize the space for your wall cabinets.
The under-bench fridge can then be straightened out and lined up with the bottom cabinets. Your narrow shelf can stay where it is. I also suggest having a look at this guide - How to plan a laundry renovation by @Adam_W.
