How to build a laundry bench?

I want to build a laundry bench  700mm deep and 1900mm wide.

 From right to left looking at it I want to have a 500 by 400 tub then a front load washer beneath and condenser drier beneath.

Can Kaboodle make this and roughly how much will it cost. The bench top can be resign or timber.
