Noted some leaking after a bath and checked underneath to see 2 small holes in the white tubing (pic included).
How easy is it to change this over?
Do I need any special equipment or tools?

Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing work must be carried out by a registered plumber for safety and compliance.
The first difficulty is finding a similar drain type system. I am unfamiliar with the product that is currently connected to your bath. However, it uses a flexible pipe attachment system so that would be a good place to start a search. Due to its location, you won't have a lot of room to manoeuvre so the difficulty level becomes a lot higher. The mystery connection will be the one that's attached to the floor. There is no indication what size it is, and is it connected to a PVC or steel outlet?
In this particular situation, I recommend engaging the services of a registered plumber. They will be able to identify the type of waste that is attached to your tub. Having a professional install your plumbing bath waste means that it will be done to code on a professional level and will be covered under the plumber's warranty.
