Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @tforbes. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about connecting a dryer.
You might like to have a read through this post: Is there a Y adapter available for 2 washing machine drain hoses. We are currently discussing whether these smaller hose pipes can be converted to fit onto a standard trap spigot. In that discussion I've provided details of products that would hopefully allow connection.
If you are missing parts, then perhaps you might like to contact the supplier to see whether those can be supplied to you and to seek assistance with the connection. If it were a product you've purchased through us, I'd be happy to do that for you. However, I've been led to believe that these might be European-style hoses, and the funnel and fittings are designed to attach to fittings not found in Australia. I'm currently awaiting a response from Bosch as they have a similar connection method which is also proving difficult to utilise. Hopefully, they'll be able to provide some troubleshooting and advice that might assist you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

After trying everything, I found you need a Pope 16mm x 2m Clear Vinyl Tubing and two clamps 13mm--25 mm to finish the job.

Like many others I was disappointed to find my new clothes dryer drain pipe did not easily connect into standard Australian laundry sink plumbing installations. I have expressed disappointment to the supplier for providing a European solution on a product being sold in Australia. After reading about many solutions online and also considering those in the above thread, I wanted to create a solution that was as elegant as possible and incorporated the items included in the dryer installation kit. In particular I wanted to fit pipes as they were meant to be used. For example, not pushing a pipe into the sink trap barbed tee but pushing over it.
The small funnel piece that connects to the end of the dryer drain hose is compatible with 25mm hose fittings and there are videos online showing how this is used in UK plumbing standards. Using a 25mm hose fitting that had a 13mm pvc barb connection, I removed the black 13mm piece and replaced it with the 10mm white piece. It is important to also put the rubber washer back in this assembly. A 25mm to 19mm barb tee connection is then screwed in and the assembly fitted to the laundry sink with 19mm pope pipe and clips.
A small amount of hot water applied to the hose helps to slide it onto the barbed tee at each end prior to tightening the clamps.
Hello @DavidAtk
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us.
Thank you for adding your knowledge and experience in regards to this fitting issue. Your use of a barbed fitting along with a clear hose to fit over the barbed fitting of the trap is very clever. This fitting technique should come in handy to those members with similar drain fittings on their machine.
Again, thank you for sharing this excellent solution.
