How to connect washing machine drain?

Hi,

We recently moved homes, and when trying to connect the washing machine drain, it looks different and smaller from our previous home. Is there an adapter that we can use to connect the drain here? Photos attached

Hi @nico_achas,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

You should be able to use one of these Vinidex 34 x 25mm Grey Water Diverter Cuffs to attach your hose to the spigot on your trap.

You'd just need to remove the existing tip on your hose and replace it with this one, then attach the new tip over the spigot and lock it in place with a hose clamp.
