Looking for some suggestions on how to cover this hole in a laundry bench top pipe still needs to run through but want a cleaner look

How big is the hole?
Something like this Kinetic 40mm Hole DWV White Oval Self Adhesive Cover Plate, which is about 140mm wide, should work while still allowing the hose to pass through.
