I went to hospital and when I got home a "friend " had dropped something on the vanity and had hidden it. I have tried a ceramic marker but it still shows. What can I do as I want to sell the house.

I propose using Rust-Oleum Tub And Tile Touch Up Kit in combination with a super fine project brush. Please keep in mind that the white colour might not match your basin. The other option is to paint the entire basin with White Knight 500ml White Tub And Basin Paint.
