Can someone recommend some products and methods for fixing a color patch on a door? I'd like to know how to use them effectively to resolve this issue.

Is the patch of colour a scuff mark that could potentially be removed with something like this Mr Clean Eraser Pad Block or a cleaner such as Gumption Paste?
Or is it scratched paint that would need to be sanded and then repainted?
If it is scratched paint, I would suggest following the guidance in How To Paint a Door to repaint the entire door to ensure uniformity.
You can use Dulux 1Step Prep Primer, Sealer & Undercoat, followed by Dulux Super Enamel Paint High Gloss White paint to renew the door and return it to a high quality finish.
