Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Fragilebones. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about fixing a hole in the wall.

I'll include a couple of videos below that should give you a good idea of how to complete the repair. Your hole looks quite large, so you might need to use the 15cm wall patch. Alternatively, the second video shows how to add timber strips and use filler.
