Hi - I have an Englefield Milano back to wall toilet. I have a water leak from the cistern into the pan.
The leak stops when I turn the inlet tap off.
I am asking for help to determine which seal/part I should look to replace.
Thanks in advance
Hello @frankwit
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Englefield Milano Toilet suite.
By turning off the cistern tap you've accomplished one of the basic tests for cistern leak detection. When the cistern tap is off the leak stops, this means that the leak is coming from the inlet valve of the cistern. I propose taking the cover off your cistern and taking a photo of the cistern mechanisms and posting it here. We can then Identify what type of inlet valve you have and we'll be able to tell you what spare part you'll need to repair it.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks Eric - I have the supplier noted and now can request a replacement inlet valve - appreciate your advice.
