Hi I have rented this new unit and my bathroom shower's handle came out twice now, I want to know how can I fix it and/or replace it? Thank you

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is great to have you with us.
With a lot of taps, there is a grub screw holding the tap handle in place, some others are threaded on.

It is hard to tell the specific fix without seeing your taps. If possible, can you upload some photos of the tap so our members can offer specific advice on your particular tap handle?
