A few days ago when I turned on my tap, a hunch of things fell out of the end of my tap.
I looked it and found out it’s call the aerator but I want to fix it.
what should I get?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your tap aerator.
I'm sorry but your current tap aerator can no longer be re-assembled. I suggest removing the brass tip of the spout and replacing it with a new aerator such as the FIX-A-TAP WELS 3 Star 8L/min Male Aerator. This will return the aeration functionality of your basin spout.
