Hello @RGibbons
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shower floor tiles.
Thank you for providing the photos of your shower enclosure. Based on the images, it is challenging to assess the full extent of the damage to the shower base. Additionally, it is unclear whether a waterproofing membrane was applied during the original installation. Given these uncertainties, I recommend consulting a qualified bathroom renovation specialist to obtain a professional assessment and a quote for a complete shower replacement. I suspect that a patch-up job will not suffice or provide a long-term solution to your showers current condition.
However, this will also present you with the opportunity to explore new shower enclosures and shower fittings.
Let me call on our experienced members @Dave-1 and @Nailbag for their recommendations.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi @RGibbons
At 27yrs it's high unlikely there was any waterproofing used. That aside, it would be far easier to remove and replace the base with either a tile over shower base or even easier a solid acrylic not requiring any tiles, which would be the way I would go. The soap holder could be replaced.
The walls of the shower can have a full height clear waterproof epoxy applied by a certified waterproofer.

Good morning @RGibbons
My thoughts definently head towards @Nailbag's suggestions. Instead of paying money to repair it would probarlly be better spent towards either the shower base or a rip out and redo with proper waterproofing.
Depending on the state of the rest of the bathroom. If water has tarveled under the tiles (as the shower shows) then you could be back with other repairs outside the shower itself.

Thank you
Thank you for your advice. Do you know of who I can employ to do as you suggest?
Much appreciated.
Hi @RGibbons,
I'd suggest speaking with a plumber. They would be able to install a shower base for you.
Have a look at How to find a tradesperson near you for some guidance.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
