Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your leaking tap.
The steps to repairing your laundry tap are quite similar to those you would take when repairing your basin taps. I suggest having a look at this guide - How to replace a tap washer. You'll see in step 5 when the jumper valve is replaced so are the axle O rings. It's the O rings on your laundry tap that have failed.
Please note to install the new O rings first and then apply the plumber's grease. It's important to apply lubrication; otherwise, the O-rings may tear apart when installed dry inside the spindle body.
