May I know what is this pipe. There is a leak from this pipe and the whole floor gets wet when the washing machine is running.
Is this something that is DIY and easy enough to be done by myself. Please guide.
I would prefer to do it myself if its feasible.
That looks like a front loader (not had much to do with them) and that must be one of the water hoses going to the wall tap.
You will need multigrips.
to tighten the connection but...
I recommend you remove the hose and wind on sealing tape - then reconnect and tighten.
So also get PTFE tape aka Thread seal tape aka Teflon tape.

Gather some towels.
Turn off the water main usually near the front yard boundary line.
Open the backyard garden tap to drain water from the system - leave it open.
Back in the laundry make sure the hot and cold taps are turned off.
Rock the machine towards yourself so you have some working space at the back.
Lay down the towels.
Use the multigrips to initially loosen the connection and then unscrew by hand.
Wind on the PTFE tape followed by carefully reconnecting the hose with by hand.
Use multigrips to tighten the connection but do not overtighten - firmly pinched up is enough.
Do the same with the other hose connection.
Turn off the back garden tap.
In your case it's best to have another person in the laundry on the phone when you turn on the water main.
Hopefully everything will be OK, no water leaks.
Back in the laundry once again carefully rock the machine back to it's usual resting place.
Cheers
