How to fix a loose door handle with no obvious screws
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @rogerc. It's fabulous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about tightening a door handle.
You should be able to unscrew the cover flange. It could unscrew anti-clockwise, or it might be a 1/4 turn anti-clockwise. Once undone, remove it from the handle. Beneath it, there will be a set of screws you can tighten, which pull both sides of the handle together, compressing it against the door.
If it's just the handle itself that is flopping around, then that might point more to a damaged internal mechanism. However, removing the cover flange is the first step to accessing the internals of the handle.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
