How to fix toilet seat lid loose on one side?

Hello my toilet seat came loose on one side , it's the type of toilet you can't get underneath to tighten, just need to know what to buy from Bunnings, photos attached, thankyou

I suggest having a look at the Kinetic Toilet Seat Fixing Kit it comes with the necessary fixing kit for both the blind and under pan condition sets. Looking at your set, it appears that everything is still there, did the nut for the blind fixing fall out? If it did, you'll need to replace it as the pan I suspect is firmly fixed to the floor.
