How to install Estilo shower screen to base?

Hi,

I have installed a still 4 lip 900x900 shower base and am looking at the instructions for installing the shower screen.

my understanding was that the shower screen wall sat over the lip but there are no cut outs so it can sit over the lip.

does the shower screen sit inside the lip?

Hi @Dazzamtb,

It's my understanding that the shower screen sits within the outer lip of the base and on the raised portion of the base. I've marked the ledge it sits on in the image below.

so there is a slightly raised area inside the lip does it sit on this and up against the lip? If so will the lip be an issue on the door edge as I have used a 4 lip shower tray which I was told was compatible with the estilo shower screens

That's the one @Dazzamtb. The shower screen is placed on the raised portion up against the lip.

Which shower screen have you purchased? Typically, the combination of their frame height and the gap to the door allows the door to clear the lip on the shower base easily.
