Hi, we recently bought the Indulge Cesena Rimless Toilet Suite, which is advertised as supporting “Universal Water Entry: Top, Left or Right Inlet”.
However, the actual toilet only came with a bottom inlet valve, and no parts for top/rear inlet.
We already had the plumbing arranged for top inlet, and now can’t install the toilet as-is.
We're looking for a plumber (or experienced handyman) to:
Inspect the cistern;
Assess if a rear/top inlet installation is possible;
Suggest or supply suitable parts if needed;
Or help modify the existing valve system if safe and compliant.
Hi @xxcp,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
Generally speaking, there aren't any different parts for top/rear inlet valves; you just have to drill a hole in the cistern above the water line to allow the hose to enter the cistern and connect to the inlet valve.
I would suggest engaging a plumber for their assistance modifying the cistern to allow for your desired setup.
