Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Flatpax wall cabinet.
Whan mounting a wall cabinet on a brick wall, I suggest using Ramset 7 x 50mm Green Wall Plugs combined with Zenith 10G x 60mm Zinc Plated Hinge-Long Thread Timber Screws - 50 Pack. I recommend a minimum of six screws to a maximum of nine screws evenly spaced and spread out on the back panel of the cabinet. You can also look at using Ramset 10 x 75mm DynaBolt Plus Hex Nut Bolts to anchor the cabinet to the brick wall.

How do you mark out the drill points through the cupboard?
Or do I drill through the cabinet and the wall in one go?

I suggest using a 10mm timber drill bit on the cabinet and a 10mm masonry bit for the brick wall. The timber drill bit should be the same size as the Dynabolt body. The masonry bit is measured by the width of its head. Its head should be the same size as the body of the Dynabolt. The general sequence is to drill into the cabinet first then mark the position of the holes on the brick wall using the cabinet holes as a guide.
Once you've marked the brick wall, you can then drill into it using the masonry bit. My best advice is to double check the position of the guides and use a spirit level on the cabinet to make sure that the cabinet is nice and level. I suggest a minimum of three bolts at the top and three at the bottom for the Flatpax cabinet.
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when drilling into brick.
