I need to move an existing vanity drain about 600mm from existing floor or bath drain to accommodate EnSite reno. The EnSuite is on concrete slab. The floor will be covered with tiles

Unfortunately, due to the licenced and regulated nature of the plumbing profession, you will have to contact a plumber to carry out this work for you. They will have the tools and expertise to carry out this work in line with construction codes and regulations.
