How to paint my bathroom with waterproof paint?

Re our ensuite bathroom: it doesn't have floor-to-ceiling tiling, just tiling halfway up the walls (except for shower). When spring comes we would like to repaint the untiled wall areas. They have started to get drip marks running down them, due to winter condensation, even though we keep the window open when using the shower. In order to waterproof the walls and reduce condensation drip marks, would it be suitable to use a coat of Crommelin 1L Flat Aquablock Waterproof Primer Undercoat followed by a coat of Crommelin 1L Natural Finish Penetrating Sealer And Water Repellent (both listed on Bunnings website)? Or if not, does Bunnings have another product that would be more suitable? Many thanks.

Re: How to paint my bathroom with waterproof paint

Hello @AussiePossum

Your choice of Crommelin 1L Flat Aquablock Waterproof Primer Undercoat is an excellent choice to prime your bathroom wall. The Crommelin 1L Natural Finish Penetrating Sealer And Water Repellent is not for interior walls but for use on outdoor masonry, concrete, natural stone, paving or timber surfaces. For the topcoat, I suggest looking at the Dulux 1L Vivid White Low Gloss Aquanamel Enamel Paint. It's enamel surface finish makes it easy to wipe off and clean.
