Our rainfall showerhead (with handheld) came off the wall. Nothing broke, but it just came off when the water was turned on. I can get it back in place but it is not fully secure - the water leaks and if there is any sort of water pressure it just comes back off the wall.
Any advice for securing it? Is it just a matter of using glue?
Thanks in advance!
Hello @krfilo
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your rain fall shower head.
I suspect that your rain fall shower head system is held in place with grub screws which have possibly come loose. I suggest looking around the post body of your shower set and looking for small holes that contain the grub screw. You'll need an Allen key to both remove and tighten the grub screw. My best advice is to make sure that the shower arm is fully pushed in before you tighten the grub screws.

That was exactly it. I got the right sized Allen Key and it was an easy fix. Thank you so much for this. Such awesome service. Cheers!
