Re: how to reinstall this soap holder

Hi @Mikelaw

You are on the right track that  allan  key 3/4 way up the silver boby will unscrew allowing that cover to come off  allowing access to the screw inside.

So if the screw is  loose in the wall push in a bamboo skewer into the wall screw  hole and break it of flat with the wall and re screw the fitting it will hole if it is into solid wood.

If it  is soft plaster board

Try using a wall anchor

Re: How to reinstall this soap holder?

Hello @Mikelaw

Your soap holder is composed of three parts the mounting plate, the soap holder arm and the soap holder itself. The mounting plate is still attached to the main body. In order to remove it you must use an Allen key and remove the grub screw. This will allow you to pull the mounting plate out from the back of the soap holder arm.

To install the mounting plate, I suggest using Ramset 8 x 50mm Universal Anchor. This works on on any substrate including hollow wall mounting. Once you have the mounting plate installed you can connect the soap holder arm, make sure that it is facing in the right direction before you screw the grub screw back in place.

When everything is secure and level you can now put the soap holder back in place.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
